Badasses have also worn tunics (Roman Legions), Nothing buy Iron collars (Celtic and German Barbarians.,) etc... Actually, I think most of the world wore kilts/tunics until relatively recently...

Looking at UOC for myself. A kilt seems like just the ticket to go with the spirit of it. I can rationalize it: son of a Scot immigrant and Grandad wore a kilt to war in 1914.

So a Sherpa and a Utilikilt makes sense as an ensemble.

However, seems like ya just gotta get a leather retention rig for a traditional kilt though. Sorry Tom. :-)

Wouldn't want to offend Stacy and Clinton's sensibilities now would we?

Pants were invented thousands of years ago. The Huns made quite an impression with them, though the Huns were not the first to wear them. Anyone with any kind of cavalry tradition wore them (which is why I specifically mentioned the Byzantines).

I'm also thinking that a Webley Mark IV would go well with the kilt.

I don't know if it's more alarming that you made this reference or that I understood it.

Something the forum probably does not know, I am conversant in women's fashion and am known to catch the occasional show with Miss G&T.

What not to wear is HILARIOUS.
What can I say? First, I have 3 daughters. I have to keep up/hold my own. Hair, makeup, fashion is in the air they breathe. That's not to say they're shallow, vapid non-thinkers. They're very aware of what has value and meaning in life. It's just that they're hugely gifted artistically and the see the whole world in terms of color and form. Yeah, that and I've got pretty high access to my right brain for a male too.

Second, it IS hilarious. The British gals version is a hoot. Throw these in the mix of cable shows along with OCC, Dirty Jobs, Monster Garage, Mythbusters and Fox News and you've got some fun stuff. That said, I killed all but the most basic channels so don't see any of those anymore.

That or maybe a G3 and P7... however, tactical lederhosen must also be able to go with your Blaser K-95 in 7x57.
