Karen Mallard for Congress

Post by Jered »

Gun banner makes illegal SBR. Gets roasted on Facebook.

Go look at her FB page. It's hilarious. She's getting roasted over that.

Isn't that ducky, what a moron. Of course being a liberal, leftist, idiot (damn, repeating myself again), she won't be charged with a crime.

I hope she gets convicted if for no other reason, for the sake of the emasculated fuck she is married to. That was his rifle she cut up.

You've have to be the most incompetent lawyer ever to not convict.

So if you cut the receiver first, then you could cut the barrel and not get pinched for NFA?

To be legal all the dumbass had to do was pop both pins and remove the upper, then chop up the receiver FIRST using the angled cuts prescribed. But NOOOO, it's more DRAMATIC the way she did it..........

From my understanding, even if you end up destroying the receiver, you're still in trouble because a. you are supposed to torch it into uneven 3rds, and b. you still need the paperwork. If one of us had done this as a demo, the ATF would already have kicked in our door, shot our dog, handcuffed the whole family with maybe a touch of tasing, ransacked the house, and carted us off to the hoosegow.

Keep in mind, the torch/angle cut thing is a guideline only for destroying a machine gun receiver; the object is to make it difficult or impossible for somebody to come along and later weld the sections back into a machine gun. ATF hasn't published any guidance for destroying the receiver of a Title I firearm to my knowledge. I suspect just cutting it such that it is rendered inoperable would be sufficient to legally destroy a non machine gun receiver. But, she didn't do even that before creating her unregistered SBR.
