Something like, "He was found face down shot 3 times in the back of the head. Clearly he had an accident while cleaning and inspecting his weapon. Coroner can verify."

The “Inshallah school” of just about anything, marksmanship, safety, engineering, or food safety doesn’t have much to recommend it..
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .
