Camo Paint Makers and Designers--Guns & Stuff

The place for general talk about gun, shooting, loading, camping, survival, and preparedness related tools and gear, as well as gear technology discussion, gear reviews, and gear specific "range reports" (all other types of gear should be on the back porch).

I LOVE that first link. I'm wondering if the same thing would work for web gear and clothing? Perhaps I should give it a try. I'm sure I've got enough spare clothes running around here, if not I can always get something from Goodwill to experiment with.

After all, what good is a kick ass camo job on your rifle, if it contrasts sharply with what you are wearing? I kind of doubt the author has a matching set of hunting clothes.
If you are unwilling to give another man freedom in his life, do not expect to have it in your own.
It surely beats trying to figure out what the metrosexuals want ( a good hard kick in the nuts in my opinion, but that won't sell ice cream :D )- Highspeed

But the author of the first link completely ignores duracoat...

Which sprays on, doesn't require curing, aneeds no clearcoat to resist solvents, doesn't chip or scratch like spray paint....

Not too long ago, I was buying some OD green spray paint, that was marketed as one part of a 3 part camo paint system. The clerk at Home Despot actually asked me if it came out of the can as camoflage.
