new shooter in Detroit, anyone help with a range trip?

Post by Fill »

An acquaintance of mine lives near detroit, and he just got his first firearm, a Mossberg Mav.

Unfortunately, his mom is ill and he doesn't have a lot of $$ for range trips and classes. Is anyone near there that would be able to help him out with a 'new shooter orientation'?

Many thanks in advance, and I'll make it up to anyone who can help.

Dammit! Wish he was closer, I'm going to the range next week with a couple of ladies from work who have recently acquired home-defense shotguns, and he'd fit right in! (One of the shotguns is a new Mossberg 500, the other one is an elderly Mossberg 500, so it would be a three-fer!)

If someone steps up, let me know how much you're out-of-pocket, I'll kick some in to help.

Very sorry to hear that. Please tell him that people are thinking of her, and of him.

Send our sympathies, and condolences. And the offer still stands, if anyone can help him out, I'll kick in $50 to help cover ammo and range fees.

Indeed. Deepest condolences, as well.
