She's strong enough, but at 12, she's right at the bottom of the growth charts for a 10 year old, so it's more a matter of size and mass. Give her a good set of shooting sticks, and she's deadly inside 150 yards.
Of course, that could also be because the older Minions have been coaching her since she started shooting. Or the superior quality of the handloads she's using.

Re: New Savage Project
I feel a poem coming on....
I keep my minions by my side
to teach them all I know
'bout life and game and guns and pride
and how to live just so.
I learn as much as they from me,
though I may not admit
that some tangential inquiry
can make me mull a bit.
Their eyes beat mine by quite a patch;
they shoot where I can't see.
But they've a ways to go to match
my craft and mastery.
I love the little Savages (heh!)
in case you had not guessed.
They save me from the ravages
of time and too much rest!
(I was feeling a bit inspired by your Minions because my first is on the way. Tell 'em Weet says howdy!)

The Minions said "Thanks, Uncle Weet, that was TOO cool!"
Congrats on the incoming minion! Start stocking up now on stuff that Mom and Dad won't approve of, that way you can say "That? Nah, I've had that for years!" And remember, the purpose of a grandfather is to help the grandkids get into stuff that they wouldn't think of on their own, and give them an alibi for getting out of trouble when it goes south. "No, they were fine! They were with me the whole time!"
Enjoy!
