i can verify for sure, a primer sucked up into the vacuum will cause you to sleep on the couch for a week.

Hey, no biggie.

Just don't want you or anyone else to be getting overconfident with believing that it won't be dangerous to approach them in a fire. Your best bet is to have them stored in a good thick safe(the temps in the safe during the fire may set them off, but at least they won't be flying around outside of that area).

So make sure you have good fire insurance, keep all your valueables in a firesafe and keep the firefighters out of the house if you have a large ammo "cache."
