Any bets on whether or not they would suggest she use a "rape whistle"

...within several feet of her personal space.
WTFO?

And in breaking news, Francisco Franco is still dead...
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

Her personal distance is the one that got me. Just how far does one's personal distance extend from one self?

Was he as scared as she was?
Perhaps he (shock) was going somewhere (shock) and that was the quickest route?
Between two buildings, I wonder how much space he had?
Perhaps he invaded her personal space seeing as the sidewalk was only SO wide?

Bets on the female was a women's studies major???

About 12feet in a public setting. :)

But this is highly subjective, and changes according to circumstances. There's a difference between shopping at Walmarts and being at a mostly empty parking lot in the evening. I've seen people get visibly worried when someone came within a 100 feet of them walking on empty streets at night.

Most designers (Landscape Architects, Architects, and Interior Designers) use 3' as the normal personal space distance.

Hell he probably just wanted directions. Then ran off when he recognized the look on her face.
