UK Scouts Ban Knives -- Not exactly true!

Post by SeekHer »

As we belittle the UK, deservedly, to no end I came across this in a posting over at http://www.jerzeedevil.com/forums/showt ... hp?t=61376
reported that The Daily Mail printed an article that the Scouts no longer can carry knives...

Since anything you read in The Daily Mail is suspect of being true or at least heavily taken out of context this thread Daily Mail distorts truth, Scouts aren't getting anything banned was found over at British Blades

JD won't link directly, you'll have to cut and paste!
There is a certain type of mentality that thinks if you make certain inanimate objects illegal their criminal misuse will disappear!

Damn the TSA and Down with the BATF(u)E!
Support the J P F O to "Give them the Boot"!!

A friend of mine is a Scout leader, so I get regular insights into what is happening with that organisation. Basically it's lions led by politically correct donkeys.
All my life I been in the dog house
I guess that just where I belong
That just the way the dice roll
Do my dog house song
