Knife aficianados should enjoy this--competitive blade sports competition. Sorta like a lumberjack competition:

ETA: The second vid gives a closer look at the knives used--they look more like a cross between cleavers and machetes. Cutting a golf ball in two with a single stroke can't be easy.
