The 9th gets a Bit Less Nutty

Some "Liberal Lion" of the 9th just took an unexpected dirtnap.

It'll be interesting to see who gets tapped.

Speaking of Kalifornia, Some judge ruled that coffee now needs to have a carcinogenic warning label on it.
One secret to life. Step #1 - Find something you enjoy doing. Step #2 - Find someone foolish enough to pay you to do it.

Prop 65, damn near everything gets a cancer warning. We have to put warning labels on industrial electrical equipment as if it was food.

We started seeing those warning labels when we got to CA last year. I have to just laugh, because they're EVERYWHERE. The level of stupid here beggars belief.

I have long ago decided that oxygen causes cancer. The proof: if I eliminate your exposure to oxygen, you will never develop cancer.

So, does CA require cancer warnings on O2 bottles? (I know, don't give them any ideas...)

Everything is known to the State of California to cause cancer.

'Regulate' used to mean the opposite of 'constipate.'

Should be posted on every road leading into California.

California Prop 65 Warning
"Everything gives you cancer
There's no cure, there's no answer."
-- Joe Jackson
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .
