And the administration cares more about trannies pissing in different bathrooms.

20/20 Report, I had to walk out after hearing the police set up a perimeter and waited THREE FUCKING HOURS before going in. They were afraid of reports of more than one shooter, people with bombs, and snipers on rooftops nearby. Wonder who came up with this Barney Fife School of Mass Shooting agenda. Understand there was a also an off duty officer as a security guard and he basically trade a few shots then ran. I'm beyond disgusted. Remind me to never ask for police help in Orlando.

Every report locally last night was that they believed it to be a hostage situation and were staging for that... The guy fired multiple times from the door towards officers outside.

From what I have read, the off-duty cop was in uniform and near the place but not working directly there and that he was hit when he fired at the guy. I am not 100% sure he was actually off-duty, but Orlando PD has long allowed their people to work off duty in uniform. Most of them make 50% to 100% or more per hour doing that than when they are on patrol.

I don't see it on the FOX site at present, but I thought I read earlier that this guy was a security guard and had a Florida Firearms License? What I guess is the Florida version of a CCL? This guy was eyeballed at least twice by the Feds in the past five years, he had to be on their watch lists. So how was he working as a security guard with a permit to carry? How did he buy those guns without that gun check system refusing the sale?

Normally I would object to the Feds using their check system to stop a gun purchase but this time I have to question this. The Feds can put me on a list and not let me get on an airplane any time they like and their rules say I am not allowed to know why. But they can't do this with someone buying a gun that is on a terrorist watch list?

I would guess it was because he hadn't been convicted of any crime.

The reports I've seen said he was investigated by the FBI twice, and twice the investigation was closed. If they didn't find anything to charge him with, I think that's the way it should work. Of course, now the question is whether those FBI investigations were faulty, or he simply self-radicalized further after those investigations were completed. From the quotes from his ex-wife, it sounds like he was a wife beater and a little off to begin with.

H/T Drudge, one of his co-workers knew he was trouble, and reported him, but nothing was done because he was Muslim.

The FL license is part of the requirements to get the Class G security guard licenses, required to work as an armed security guard... He had been through background checks more than I have in the last decade of working in secure IT positions.
