I'm with the wait and see crowd. My own predictions on political action have been pretty much a bust over the decades. What I've been seeing looks like the Democrats death by a thousand flaming farts. You light one its funny, after a while it get smelly, dangerous, and you wish the people doing it would go away.

I'm betting there's good information available at his daily security briefing. Which is why he won't attend. Again.I don’t want to speculate at this point in terms of who was responsible for this. It appears that there may still be live activity and dangers that are taking place as we speak. And so until we know from French officials that the situation is under control, and we have for more information about it, I don’t want to speculate.
