So the harping about "carrying a weapons across state lines," isn't that irrelevant if you are legal with it in either both states or certainly the one you are entering in?

Oh, and him crossing state lines? His Dad (and several other relatives) live in Wisconsin, he lives (at least at that time) with his Mom in Illinois, and regularly traveled between the two. The distance being less than commuters in large urban areas travel every day. And apparently far less than the distance traveled by one of the 3 goblins that F*ked Around and Found Out.
