He should be charged with aggravated assault.

The judge having the bailiff arrest him on the spot would not have been unwarranted.

Or the bailiffs' drawing down on him...

Sidetrack: I don't see anything for sighting on that. Was Kyle there without anything, or did they modify it?
Note to self: start reading sig lines. They're actually quite amusing. :D

Binger probably broke it off while he was muzzle sweeping the jury with his finger on the trigger after not checking the firearm he was handed to see whether it was loaded.

Probably on some cop's gun.

I saw something on Legal Insurrection just now where somebody is reporting that two jurors are holding it up, openly citing the backlash and threats against themselves, families, etc. Would take that with a grain of salt though.

Rumor has it that the jurors are asking for the paperwork on lesser charges.

It's a shame the judge dismissed the weapons charge. I know it was highly questionable if it even applied in this case, but it would have given the jury a "fallback" misdemeanor charge to find Rittenhouse guilty on, while acquitting on the more serious ones.

A way to say: "Yes, it was self defense, but you as a 17 yr old shouldn't have been there".

I know that if Rittenhouse was my 17 yr old son, I would want to "break my foot off" in his ass for putting himself in the situation, self defense not withstanding.
