Appeals Court Rules 2nd Amendment Only Applies Within Home

I'm trying to think of another constitutional right that only applies within your house. Nope, can't think of a single one.

Didn't a court already try this a while ago and was smacked down?

Well that makes 3 courts against and 3 courts for.
That sort of thing darn near guarantees Supreme Court take it up.
