Definitely guilty of being stupid. If you would not do it to one of your male coworkers, don't do it to a female one, even then, tact and all that.
Of course, I have done much more with one of my current coworkers. However, I don't do it at work* and as she has been living with me the last 24+ years and she has my last name, I am pretty sure she doesn't mind.

What Slowpoke said. The chickenshit judges there are guilty of looking after specks while ignoring logs.
