About as much chance of being prosecuted as David Gregory.
Also about the level of retardation I have come to expect from TFB too.... They spent most of that article going over the ATF requirements for destroying a machine gun receiver, which have no bearing whatsoever on this. Also the fact that he cut the receiver in half later doesn't undo any part of having committed a felony and broadcast video evidence to the world.
