Well, that's nice.Britain’s biggest police force will not investigate crimes including public order offences, shoplifting and low-level assaults if officers are required to look at CCTV for more than 20 minutes, The Times has learnt.

Where some see a problem, I see opportunity!
There must be an end to this intimidation by those who come to this great country, but reject its culture.

GO FOR IT!!! Start your own low-level PI firm to handle these types of calls - and bill the government!!skb12172 wrote:Where some see a problem, I see opportunity!
POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON
A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.
I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad

Free pass.numerous offences such as vandalism, vehicle crime and fuel theft will not be pursued if the cost of the damage or amount taken is less than £50.
I also wonder how much CCTV camera vandalism will increase right before crimes that won't be investigated with more than 20 minutes of CCTV review.
Note to self: start reading sig lines. They're actually quite amusing. :D
