I saw that somewhere. Figures it would be HI.
Interesting way to deal with it. A great many states may have that language in their statutes. A card, I'd think, would make you have to admit to that on a 4473 as well.
Doesn't marijuana make people less feisty? I'd think they'd be a group who would pose less danger than, say, PCP or bath salts users.
But I guess they're easier to find. I wonder if that's part of the reason for issuing cards? To create a self-reporting group to confiscate from.
