Apparently, that's hard to understand for some people.nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
I can only hope it also leads to litigation. Those are the sorts of restrictions and actions that could result in useful precedent. Except, you know, the fact that the constitution doesnt follow the flag, see "insular cases".
