I can only hope it also leads to litigation. Those are the sorts of restrictions and actions that could result in useful precedent. The third circuit isn't the greatest but eventually scotus will have to start taking gun cases again, and affirming that the Constitution still applies in US territories would seem to be a no-brainer.

Except, you know, the fact that the constitution doesnt follow the flag, see "insular cases". Its why Guam, Puerto Rico, and the USVI can have such onerous gun laws despite being us holdings.
