And Trump stuck his foot in his mouth, clear up to his knee at the last news conference regarding Charlottesville.

I wish that Trump would learn (like yesterday) that he's the President, he controls the narrative, not the jackal "journalists" at his press conferences.
And the next time he feels obligated to address a question the jackals ask about equating the "Anti"fascists with the other hate groups, he should refer to them as Blackshirts. Because they are just that.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

I think he IS controlling the narrative. He's not letting them say that Antifa that showed up armed and looking for trouble and such are less evil than the White Supremacists (hack, spit) who showed up. He's controlling the narrative by insisting that some things just mentioned above get talked about openly instead of just whispered by the likes of us in our safe forum. He's pointing out that the emperor (Media) has no clothes, that they are not reporting honestly or thoughtfully or completely. He's pointing out that the likes of CNN are advocacy groups and editorialists, not reporters of news.

Yeah. Amazing coincidence that all of a sudden Antifa = Big Red One at Omaha Beach (you should see the memes, if you can handle the RCOB).

They're red, all right.

Interestingly enough, the local radio host had Milo Yannowhatever on today. Milo said that the left hates the Trump because he's playing their game better than they are. Said the Dem pols never apologize for the antifas, while they blame the right for Nazis or whatever. He said Trump's playing that game because apologizing for someone associates you with them. Something like that anyway. The more attuned of you might be able to explain it better. :)

Exactly, and the lemming GOP is playing the same old playbook as before. You know the same GOP that promised for years to repeal Obamacare. Case in point a tweet from Romney "No, not the same. One side is racist, bigoted, Nazi. The other opposes racism and bigotry. Morally different universes."

Doesn't he notice that the same people have been calling every GOP nominee, including himself, that EVERY ELECTION!

Well, we all know that Romney is an idiot. That is not news.

We also all know that Trump has issues and does not know when to shut up. That is not news either. I did not have a huge issue with his first statement. His second statement was fine too. He should have moved on from their. The crap he has said since then just makes him looked either disconnected or like he has racist sympathies depending on how you take them (may that is accurate, I don't know the guy).

Trump has succeeded in this in getting the likes of NBC and NYT to start reporting some on the nastiness of the Leftist tools like Antifa.
