Or, what if they set up classes for Section 8 recipients with some of the following topics:
Personal finance 101
- set priorities (housing may be more important than Lotto tickets)
- spend less than you "earn"
- pay your bills
- don't take payday loans (assuming you have a payday)
- improve your marketable skills so you can get out of Section 8
Make friends and influence people
- don't tear up your landlord's property - he may not want to let you keep using it
- don't shit where you eat - stop committing crimes and creating public disturbances
- pay your bills
- don't abuse people for their color/financial status
- don't be habitually rude to people
- clean up your home and yard
- make your kids do the same
