The number of non-LEO or retired LEO CCW holders in NYC is TINY.

There's slightly less than 1500 carry permits issued in the city, the vast majority (something like 900+) are retired NYPD.

I wonder........does NYFC honor LEOSA? If not, then the city is already guilty of federal crimes.

There's slightly less than 1500 carry permits issued in the city, the vast majority (something like 900+) are retired NYPD.

So that is something like 1500 more CCW permit holders (including 600 more to non ex-cops) than were in the state of Missouri when CCW was passed here or IL when they were forced to start issuing permits.

I have no doubt the NYFC PD will freak and probably do some stupid stuff, but by the time the number of permit holders is in the hundreds of thousands I am pretty sure they will go with the flow.
