It should be interesting to see if Congress will grant a waiver to the law that requires a 7 year waiting period after leaving the armed services.
I REALLY hope Trump is just stringing Romney along, and picks Bolton for SECSTATE.

Seems like the 4 Horsemen are assembling against Iran: Trump, Mattis, hopefully Bolton, etc.
Bibi is a very happy man right now.
So how did David Petraeus and that Admiral that lies in the State Department now serve in the current regime?

It looks like he's putting together a pretty good team. I like Mattis at SecDef. I like Dr. Carson at HUD. I like DeVos at SecEdu. I've heard that Forrest Lucas is in consideration for Interior. I believe that he'd be a better pick for Energy.
When DeVos starts pushing school choice, watch liberal heads explode. Things should get real interesting around local school boards in the next year or so.
Someone remind me why we have a Secretary of Commerce, or a Secretary of Labor?

If he wants to be a master troll, put Palin in there somewhere.

So it’s a hell of a lot of fun to shoot them. Actually it’s quite fun to fight them, you know. It’s a hell of a hoot. It’s fun to shoot some people. I’ll be right up there with you. I like brawling.”

Link"The White House view, apparently, was that Mattis was too hawkish, which is not something I believe, having seen him in the field over the years. I’d call him a tough-minded realist, someone who’d rather have tea with you than shoot you........ but is happy to end the conversation either way."

Re: Trump's nominations for top posts
If Trump REALLY wants to make some heads explode, he could wait until after his inauguration..... then pardon Richard Marcinko, and nominate him for SECNAVY.....
This assumes Marcinko's health allows for it, he is 76yrs old....
