What was her response? I actually broke up with a girlfriend because of her ignorance and hoplophobia. I pulled out my new ccw to show her in the car and she gasped, "is this legal???"
There must be an end to this intimidation by those who come to this great country, but reject its culture.

Oh she didn't want him to sell it because she wants it.

She just assumed that all the guns were registered and if he sold it without some official paper work he'd end up in trouble. She was mostly worried that if the guy got in trouble with it that it would come back on my stepson somehow.

Yeah, I mean... just whipping it out in a car? The first signal that sends to just about anyone is: "This is it, hopefully they'll be able to find my defiled corpse in the woods some day."

Was she supposed to react like Bonnie in "Bonnie and Clyde"? Ooh, can I touch it?
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

Excuse me while I whip this out.
The avalanche has already started. It is too late for the pebbles to vote.
