It seems that the numbers of Safe Act registrations in the Empire State have been ordered to be released to the general public.

It appears that non-compliance was wide spread and rampant.

When we drove up to Clayton, NY for vacation this year, Dad and I noticed a lot of anti-SAFE Act sentiment around Watertown.
