He still needs to pay for his crime.

One could argue that he already has.
There must be an end to this intimidation by those who come to this great country, but reject its culture.

No, murder has a much steeper penalty than what he has experienced. Even if it was a manslaughter charge the penalty would be greater.

Two years after the killing, former officer Adam Torres has been fired, indited on 2nd degree murder charges, and denied bail.
(I meant to update this earlier, but I couldn't remember which thread it was.)
>>>LINK<<<Judge Stephen C. Shannon said he would not grant bail to Torres because of the circumstances of the shooting and the concerns about Torres’s mental state at the time of the incident.
Shortly after, as Shannon was setting a trial date, Torres appeared to faint and fell backward to the floor. He was surrounded by sheriff’s deputies and was speaking to them. The hearing was suspended for about 25 minutes, and Torres was taken to a hospital. Morrogh said Torres appeared to be in good shape.
The hearing resumed without Torres, and Shannon set a Dec. 14 trial date before adjourning.
On Monday, a Fairfax special grand jury indicted Torres in Geer’s killing. The county police department fired him at the end of July. Torres turned himself in shortly after the indictment.

>>>LINK<<<On the day he was scheduled to face trial for murder, former Fairfax County police officer Adam D. Torres pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter Monday for shooting John B. Geer to death as he stood unarmed in the doorway of his Springfield home in August 2013.
Torres, 33, apologized to the Geers during a plea hearing in Fairfax Circuit Court before Circuit Judge Robert J. Smith. As a convicted felon, he should not be able to serve as a police officer again. He had been an officer for seven years when he shot and killed Geer on Aug. 29, 2013, and remained on the force for almost two more years on administrative duties until he was fired on July 31, 2015.
No word yet on GBI's investigation of the Dekalb, GA man who was shot and dog killed by cops entering his house without cause or warrant.
