Any Way to Post a 3meg .WMV File

I received a 3meg .wmv file via email that shows a knucklehead shooting his knucklehead friend in the chest with a 9mm pistol. Receiving knucklehead was wearing a vest and lived..
Anyway I can post it? Maybe under dumbassery somewhere?
