Error logging in, "Non-static method...."

Post by Erik »

I cant log in to the forum from my laptop, I get a list of errors starting with the "Non-static method utf_normalize....", and then I get the login again.

Same problem if I use IE or FireFox, but it seems to work from my smartphone which I am using now.

Anyone else have the same problem or is it just me?

Same here yesterday from home pc (chrome) and iPad, Droid smartphone works but that logs in automatically.

ETA i get a slew of errors when i post from the droid, but the post goes thru. They dont last long enough/are too small on the screen to read.

Been getting some weird messages across and down the top of the window when I Submit a post. Still seems to post ok though.

I've been getting the same error as Erik when I tried to log in using a computer other than my laptop, outside of my network. I saw those same messages briefly last night when I posted something, but it seems to have gone through OK.

Edit: It just did it again when I posted this.

I have had that issue for the last few days. Can only post from my phone

Went to the Facebook page for the guncounter and said I couldn't get on at all. Seems the provider changed some programming and it screwed up the site. Looks like it's okay now.

Guess there are "backdoor" benefits for being off-line for a few days.

I apparently got back on-line after the resolution.

Well, it looks like I'm on. That's great, I thought the glitch was on my end.

I couldn't log on, no matter what computer, phone, device I used. All good now.
