Time for Obama Board?

Post by Rod »

Here's my thinking. We need a board JUST for Obama crap or the politics board will fill rapidly. Will also make it easier to stop dupes on his next piece of silliness/criminality/socialistic crap/general putziness. Besides, those of us who are sick of hearing about him from every side can then pick and choose when we wish to be annoyed.

And may I say, from a moral point of view, I think there can be no justification for shoving snack cakes up your action.

Guess it's time for this thread to be moved to the Humor board.

In order to understand what he is saying, you have to read the proper nuances, and then once having the proper nuances, you have to understand the subcultural context of his words, and then read them with empathy for his culture so that you can then understand the hidden meaning, which if you understand it is not hidden. And since it's not hidden, there's no hidden meaning which means you don't understand it, which means there's a hidden meaning. In that case, you require the cultural empathy so that you can actually understand the hidden nuances of his words, and understanding thus requires a full and complete comprehension of his work.

Hey, we just got the Newspeak dictionary on Tuesday. We haven't memorized it yet. Just remember as Presmessiah says: "Unhopechange is doubleplus thoughtcrime!"
Remember, folks, you can't spell "douche" without "Che."

Hmm... Obama boarding.

The subject is strapped to a backboard head down at a 25 degree angle. He is then forced to listen to the books-on-tape version of "Dreams From My Father."

Too much?

I can't believe nobody has asked what the meaning of "no" is.

Generally, there are only two places where Obama stuff would usually be posted (besides in Humor for the jokes), and that's in either Politics or Current Events, but mostly Politics (unless something happens TO him, then Current Events).

It really isn't that hard to figure out where they go. The hard part is when people title their posts ambiguously and others skimming through can't figure out what it is without reading it so they post the same story with an obvious title, but didn't know someone else already posted it under: "WOW, I don't believe it!"

Descriptive titles work best for the story, NOT your reaction.
