Wind chill doesn't count.
If I spend more than a few minutes in it it counts.

Remember, folks, you can't spell "douche" without "Che."

I was blowing snow out of my driveway at -5(-30 with the wind) this weekend. My eyelashes froze together a couple of times.

The avalanche has already started. It is too late for the pebbles to vote.

We've got so much Glueball Wormening here in the local San Diego mountains that CHP had to close the main road due to too much traffic several times over the last weekend. People were stopping their cars in the roadway to scoop up some of the Glueball Wormening and take some home.

The snow's melting here, leaving large piles of unprocessed firewood. Looks sorta like a Snownadoe hit. The last couple of nights were a bit uneasy with large trees falling all around but thankfully no hits on the house. One outbuilding has two tree-sized limbs lying on it's roof and several around/leaning against it but not too much damage. One eave broken and several light fixtures inside knocked down. The chainsaw, tractor, and generator have been busy this week. It will be interesting to figure out how to bring down safely the broken limbs that are hanging 40-60 ft up in the trees. Lots of work for the spring and summer.

I note that the people who believe in Gore-Bull warming tend to be the same ones who believe socialism works.

What about a 12 gauge with slugs? Maybe a 20 mm?

I tried that once with shot. No worky. Even dead limbs at close range (20 ft or so) will take a lot of punishment. We're fairly sparsely populated around here but I'd still be afraid to lob slugs high into the air and I can't afford a 20mm :(

I'm thinking something involving helium balloons, lawn chairs, ropes, and chainsaws
