Worst brand and flavor of coffee

Post by Jered »

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but, I need some ideas for work.

Does anyone have suggestions about a truly vile brand of ground coffee?

Wanna screw with some Seattle-ish, hipster-like coffee snobs? Order a bag of Community Coffee with Chicory.

Their heads will freakin' explode.

We South LA types seem to care for it, but we can be a bit special from time to time.

I'd say airplane coffee that has been stored in hot jugs that haven't been cleaned properly in years, and have had rainwater runoff from the top of a fuel truck run into them. But, since you probably won't be able to get ahold of that...

MRE freeze dried coffee?

Just get the cheapest instant coffee you can find. That'll piss them off.

I personally think Maxwell House tasted like it's half coffee and half dried horse shit.

And I never understood people who pay good money for Starbucks, that stuff is VILE.

The worst one I think I ever had was one of the brands that ALDI carries.

Yep. I've never had instant that tastes even remotely like real coffee.

And yeah, Starbucks tastes like shit. On the road I like DD and Wawa (eastern US convenience store). At home, I like Costco Colombian.

I liked what the main character in Michael Z. Williamson's The Weapon did. But you may not want to try that if continued employment is important to you, and it may in fact be criminal.

Wawa and Quikchek are the two major chains of convinence stores in Jersey. Wawa is in the more developed strip between philly and New York, with almost all the locations south of 78. Many locations now sell gas as well. Quick Chek tends to be in the middle of the state, though there is a very large location north of 80 off of rte 15. It too has expanded into the fuel business as well.

In the central nj area, around rte 287 and east of rte 206, you'll find both chains, along with 7-11, on any decent sized roadway.

That's the town where I grew up. You take 15 to get to PA?
