I couldn't pass up the chance for a bad joke.

I know about the rest. I'm so pleased, I haven't lost any weight since we moved but apparently all the exercising I've gotten recently has caused some small amount of it to migrate away from my middle to somewhere useful. Some older, tighter pants tell me my waist might be up to an inch smaller, and I've noticed a slight increase in upper body strength. Woo hoo.

Actually, I'm buying 1880s pants to try out. And suspenders and shirt. If they're as comfortable as they appear to be, I'll be buying more.
