Give me enough advance notice, and I might even be able to recruit a couple of Minions to play tour guide.

Note to self:

When you are very sick, and shivering pretty damn hard trying to get yourself warmed up, you can pull a hamstring muscle pretty bad. In the same leg with the metal in the knee. Ugh.....

If you're shivering that hard, perhaps now that you know what might happen when you do, you might want to consider putting an additional wrap (ACE or heat) on that leg, the one you pulled the hamstring (and yes, I know how much they can hurt).

Wrapped as I am typing this.

Just never heard of anybody ever pulling a muscle because of shivering. New datum to keep track of. Wonder if they go over that in cold weather training.

WOMAN: DO YOU DRINK BEER?

MAN: YES

WOMAN: HOW MANY BEERS A DAY?

MAN: USUALLY ABOUT THREE

WOMAN: HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY PER BEER?

MAN: $5.00, WHICH INCLUDES A TIP

WOMAN: AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DRINKING?

MAN: ABOUT 20 YEARS, I SUPPOSE

WOMAN: SO, A BEER COSTS $5 AND YOU HAVE THREE BEERS A DAY WHICH PUTS YOUR
SPENDING EACH MONTH AT $450. IN ONE YEAR, IT WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY
$5400. CORRECT?

MAN: CORRECT

WOMAN: IF IN 1 YEAR YOU SPEND $5400, NOT ACCOUNTING FOR INFLATION, THE
PAST 20 YEARS PUTS YOUR SPENDING AT $108,000. CORRECT?

MAN: CORRECT

WOMAN: DO YOU KNOW THAT IF YOU DIDN'T DRINK SO MUCH BEER, THAT MONEY
COULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN A STEP-UP INTEREST SAVINGS ACCOUNT
AND AFTER ACCOUNTING FOR COMPOUND INTEREST FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS, YOU
COULD HAVE NOW BOUGHT AN AIRPLANE?

MAN: DO YOU DRINK BEER?

WOMAN: NO.

MAN: WHERE IS YOUR AIRPLANE?

There is nothing more tedious than listening to someone drone on and on about how wonderful their new diet is. Especially the bits about how they, "no longer even want XXX and YYY" any more. Okay, so if you don't even think about eating that stuff, why are you talking about it?

WTF?

Don't get me wrong, good for them and all it is good for them, just don't expect me to care. My diet (also known as eating whatever I feel like eating) is of no interest to you for the same reason that yours is of no interest to me.
