Mostly when unopened, of course.

Clever design. I wouldn't have the b@lls to carry it, though. Not in the area of Idaho in which I live, regardless of open carry here.

And BTW I'm amazed (but pleased) that permitless concealed carry passed here in 2016.

If it was an actual rifle and the umbrella was bullet resistant Kevlar and it had a clear window for returning fire.

As is, no thanks. Slightly less dumb then the Glock grip phone case.
