I've seen this on an occasional but ongoing basis from multiple members. Usually just delete the dupe with no comment. In this case there was a reply before any of the Horsemen saw the dupe.
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

I saw an opportunity for some friendly snark/humor and am basically incapable of passing on those. Apologies if I've thrown a wrench in the works, but it's what I do. 8-)
