Sorry, it started with the most annoying Irish instrument ever. I couldn't finish the song. Yes, I hate tin whistles. My people left to escape their high-pitched tyranny, much like how my Scottish ancestors left for America, Land of Comfortable Trousers, and my German ancestors left to live in peace, far away from sauerkraut.

So I'm going to just assume it's a song about St. Patrick's Day being National Amateur Hour.
