I already have the case and an 800 watt power supply. The monitors are taken care of as well. The purpose of this build is video games and porn.

Not the exact choices I would make, for example I steer clear of Crucial memory after a string of failures I had about 10 years ago, but that's just me. I don't see any problems, anything bad.

Someone a little more up to date on the hardware market might be able to suggest a thing or two more in the 'sweet spot', maybe. I'm just guessing.

No specifics, basically going off of the back of a 2 month old magazine. My comp is dying, and I need to buy in 2 days. 1200 dollar budget to work with, open to suggestions. Nay, begging for them.

I trust AMD's graphics drivers about as far as i can throw them. What good is a theoretical additional performance margin if the software you're trying to use on it doesn't work quite right?

You don't have enough storage for porn, Yogi... I'm disappointed. The new 4K ultra high definition material will fill that 2TB drive in no time at all.

HTRN, I would tell you that you are an evil fucker, but you probably get that a lot ~ Netpackrat
