Title pretty much says it all. At her check-up on Monday, they confirmed that the Alzheimer's and Parkenson's have progressed much faster than expected. We're looking at two to six months at this point. Honestly, it's less of a shock than Dad's cancer was eight years ago. That was only months from it coming out of remission and metastizing to his DNR, and only four days from that to his passing. This has been years, with the potential for several months to go.

Condolences. My parents both had DNRs, and they were respected. Those were hard days. You and yours will be in our prayers.

I'm VERY sorry dude!! You have my most sincere condolences!!
You need to make your own choices, and respect the wishes of those who've entrusted their care should they not be able to make their own decisions.
