That's a good reason to live in rural Washington.
Yeah, my neighbors are shitty drug addicts, but, they leave the guy walking around with a holstered pistol alone.
I got a friendly wave from the local sheriff tonight.
The avalanche has already started. It is too late for the pebbles to vote.

I commonly walk into thrift stores in some of the roughest areas around while open carrying, never had any issues.

I thought HIPPA did not apply to medical records if the individual identifiers were stripped away, but maybe that only applies if you're actually involved in some kind of medical research, which we here are clearly not.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

An accidental release of medical information that can be linked to the patient in question is a year Federal and a $10k fine. For example, if I were to be fast-talked into resetting a password for the wrong person here at work. Five years for deliberate and 10 if you leaked them to make money. Ain't worth it to take the risk.
