Thanks, everyone!
I snoozed through most of it, hung out with the folks and watched lots of sports on TV. Basically it was a good day to veg out. Dad was going to grill up some steaks but a lovely thunderstorm got in the way of that. So the steaks are on for tomorrow.
And like every year, I also ask you spare some thoughts for my former coworker's son, Pfc. Jeremiah "Jeremy" Costello. He died in Iraq in 2007, and every year I have a toast to him. We share the same birthday. He would have been 31 on the 28th.
