The FDA says 4000 mgs/daily is the limit for Tylenol/acetaminophen. Many medical pros think it should be 3000mg/daily. And for God's sake, do NOT heavily booze on the stuff. That goes for all the narcotic/tylenol mixes: Hydrocodone (Vicodin, Lortab, etc), Oxycodone (percocet, etc).
I like the occasional bourbon or martini, so I stay completely away from any acetaminophen products.
