I found an old Char-Broil Classic in somebody's trash a couple months ago. Still had a propane tank on it and everything. When i stopped to look it over the lady of the house told me they didn't use it anymore and the tank was expired so they threw it out.
(!)
Anyway i replaced the rusted-out heat tent and gave it a good cleaning. The igniter is gone but that's why they invented long lighters right? Tank was still even half full of propane.
All cast aluminum top and bottom. Cooks good. Me likey. Price was right too.

Two years ago I bit the bullet and bought a Weber stainless steel Genesis grill.

Man, where has this grill BEEN all my life.
My standard recommendation for anybody looking for a propane grill is to get a used stainless weber Genesis off of craigslist - they last damn near forever, and weber has been building them for decades, so replacement parts are easy to acquire.
HTRN, I would tell you that you are an evil fucker, but you probably get that a lot ~ Netpackrat
