A knife technique that would make any first year culinary student cry... I like the reference to not putting your hand under the knife but then the fingers extended right next to the knife as the other chops are made, which is a great way to lose a finger tip.

Love the commentary, would be great on the Food Channel!

I suspect that someone will see this and raise some money to get you a can opener...

Soup looks good though, I may have to try that stuff... I think it has been 2 decades since I had any.

And here I was expecting to see him use a bayonet as a can opener. What's the matter, you don't have any emergency P-38 (John Wayne) can openers? :lol: :lol: ;) :P
