Suggested modifications to the steak recipe:

A) Screw that 170 internal nonsense.

B) Fresh ground pepper, and gris salt.

C) Bacon grease as pan oil.

170 is shoe leather, a perfect med rare is 135, IIRC... :ugeek:

Oh, and tattoos are for pussies. They're a fucking fashion statement. And they look like hell in 40 years. There's a reason we have photograph tattoos on offenders. Mainly to sit around in the squad room and laugh at the mis-spellings.
