TGC in largish letters, then "If your dog tells you to kill people, you shouldn't listen, you should say "bad dog!" and put him outside" and "theguncounter.com" below...

My idea is Thomas Jefferson's quote

The graphic would be a plowshare covered with the circle with the line through it, however the circle will be made of overlapping rifles and the line with stacked pistols (each rifle and pistol being different).

Granted, this is gonna' take a little work, but perhaps something with images of patriots in uniform along the way and thru the years defending our's & other's freedoms by force of arms and the words: "Si vis pacem, para bellum" and underneath (the translation): "If you wish for peace, prepare for war".

And perhaps below all that, put:
