I've been really happy with my PTR-91. Sub-MOA 7.62, got it on sale for $600.
PTR is crazy-reliable, uses the rolling-locker extractor.

Well, what I have done is buy a 30-06 instead, a CMP M1 Garand! It's an International Harvester, service grade; it is beautiful. Arrived yesterday. I haven't shot it yet. I may get out to Arizona middle of October to shoot at the big match. For $617.50 delivered, I am happy, for now.
