I acquired a Puma M92 in 454 Casull. It appears that the barrel is overtightened judging by the position of the front sight relative to the plane of the receiver. Perhaps a shim and a new extractor cut.

Action wrench for 1892 rifle

I have a need to remove the barrel from a 1892 action (a Puma 92 to be precise). I'm done so successfully on FALs, M1s, M1 carbines, using the Brownells system of removable jaws -- this-- But I cannot find a set of jaws for an 1892 rifle.

Any other ideas out there?

Didn't much care for his music, but my college girlfriend liked to f*ck to "Careless Whispers". So, I had that going for me .... which was nice.

Those pot merchandisers like their guns too. And their "leave me the fuck alone" attitude jives with mine.

But yes, OR's estate tax laws are ridiculous.

Except that if you want to do business in the US, you have to abide by the various federal and state commerce codes. You dont get to say no to a customer based on gender, religion, race or (increasingly) sexual orientation. Traditionally these only applied to public accommodations. The latest attem...

I'd be willing to store a milk crate's volume or so if anyone needs a place to store them, and send them back once the law is struck down. Maybe we can establish sort of a forum underground railroad. :) The puzzling thing about the magazine ban is .... there's no mention of calibre. Sure, I can jam...

The puzzling thing about the magazine ban is .... there's no mention of calibre. Sure, I can jam 30 rounds of 223 in a standard AR magazine. But into that same magazine I can only jam 10 458 SOCOM rounds. Any legal opinions?

Several years ago, I discovered that an ex-girlfriend had passed away the previous year; ovarian cancer. Several years before that she'd had extreme surgery and the cancer seemed to have been licked. But then it came back and it was all over.

What? No .400 Corbon? Ok, so I guess that leaves me voting for weird and esoteric -- but .400 Corbon is my bucket list (got a nice running Norinco earmarked for the project). Second that. Sadly I'd need a new slide for that. Wait (had to go read the whole thread), you actually have a 1911 in 40S&am...

Also, on the subject of bans .... the magazine capacity possession ban. There's never a mention of associated calibre? For example, I'm pretty sure you could cram more than 10 rounds of 9mm into a 10 round 45ACP magazine? So does that make all 10 round 45 ACP mags illegal? What about the other way? ...

The AWB required registration of "by name" guns, or "by feature" guns without "bullet buttons" by 2000.
